The streaking comet was caught on a number of cameras and made the main TV news programmes yesterday. Years ago I saw something very similar, I was unaware of what I had witnessed. Some thought I had seen the Aurora Borealis, however, having seen that fab sight, the streaks I saw on the other occasion were not like it…very, very, different and much more like that which was evidenced yesterday. Less colourful, nevertheless, fascinating.
