This is my second site here…..Hopefully you’ll follow me here as well……

Prompted by ‘Blogging 101’….venturing into the unknown…..

Why I Blog….. 😉

Strange how, when one is put on the spot with the question, ‘Why’, something inside oneself inclines to wanting to ‘draw’ the curtains….at least, as it might be said of ‘Moi’.
Specific questions relating to ‘fact’ or ‘rationale’ are more likely to be addressed than those relating to ‘feelings’ or ‘motivations’.
Now, having said that, I will have communicated much more about the sort of person I am….Yes!
Though, I can be extremely ‘open to’ and ‘accepting of’ other people, views, cultures and ‘ways of life’.
In fact, I like to believe that I have grown more accommodating as the years have rolled by….
Mmmm…..I can hear some of my family and very close friends demurring.
Yes, I can be rather less long=suffering with pretentious folks….especially ‘know-alls’. Let me hasten to day, as I’ve grown older I am less likely to respond verbally or otherwise – more likely to remain silent……and smile.
Right….
That’s a little ‘sniff’ of me….
Why Blog?
In my characteristic minimalist manner:
a) To interact with other people, views, opinions, cultures etc…etc..
b) Share my own views and insights…not always directly.
c) Share my poetry….which I have always loved to write….
d) Share my Photographs……a hobby which I have acquired and developed since being retired…
e) To learn….an incorrigible trait….something which has sometimes got me into ‘hotspots’ over the years…
f) Lastly, for now….because I enjoy blogging…..always have done since starting out in another place and relocating here about four months ago….
